PROGRAMMES

There are two programmes offered: 6 or 12 weeks depending up on the condition treated.

Both are personalised, holistic approach to treat root causes along with symptom management using ATHMA methodology.

  • Initial assessment – master consultation. Up to 90 minutes.

You will be assessed asking detailed medical history, symptoms history and lifestyle related questions. The investigation results will be assessed and explained in full. A provisional diagnosis will be given based on this and if needed, the Doctor will suggest further tests to find the root cause of your problem.

  • Treatment plans will be made depending on your condition and your priorities over a period of 6-12 weeks. This will be very personalised and specific for you as one size doesn’t fit all. Your body and your responses to treatment are unique.
  • Treatment of lifestyle diseases-Lifestyle modification advice for immunity boosting, lifestyle disease remission or management.
  • Autonomic dysfunction reset- vagus nerve stimulation by various methods will be suggested and if appropriate vagus nerve reset procedures may be suggested to treat autonomic dysregulation.
  • Prescription of Rehabilitation plan based on the specific symptoms
  • Multidisciplinary input recommendations ( Nutritionist, Psychologist, physiotherapist, Yoga, wellness coach/fitness trainer) as needed
  • Sleep management advice
  • Weekly follow up will be done as telephone follow up of 15-30 minutes and you will be given a weekly plan based on your progress and symptoms.
  • End of programme another master consultation up to 90 minutes with future planning and empowering you to continue with your healthy lifestyle journey for future years
